The month of June and the warming temperatures signal this year’s start of Downtown West Bend’s weekly Farmer’s Market, 7:30-11:00 a.m., Saturdays now through October 28th. Browse the 50-plus vendors at Downtown West Bend’s Farmer’s Market and find a variety of products sure to please several of your senses. Purchase an assortment of fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, eggs, honey, baked goods, jams and jellies to cook and taste at home. The smell of herbs and flowers, fresh and dried, will awaken you. See various plants for indoor and outdoor gardening. Feel soft wool and other products for sale.

In addition to purchasing market items, walk across the street to Old Settler’s Park for live entertainment and demonstrations. Each week brings a different entertainer or demonstrator, including various live musicians and demonstrations on gardening, soap making, skin care, cooking and others. Times and activities vary from week to week.

Free ample parking is available on side streets throughout the downtown for your convenience.

Music on Main
Thursdays, June 22nd and 29th, and July 6th, 13th, and 20th

Kick off your weekend in downtown West Bend at Music on Main, a five week Thursday night concert series in Old Settler's Park, beginning June 22nd from 6:00 - 9:00 pm. Music on Main is a free musical event for people of all ages, offering a variety of muical genres each week, including blues, jazz, alternative rock, classics, polkas, and '70s and '80s. Beverages will be available and attendees are welcome to bring lawn chairs into the park.

Maxwell Street Day

Enjoy a full day of great shopping and incredible bargains in downtown West Bend at Maxwell Street Day on Wednesday, August 2nd, with special extended hours from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Stroll up and down the sidewalks of Main Street to find unique gifts, clothing, collectibles, jewelry, candy, and art both inside and out. Participating shops and restaurants will identify themselves with balloon displays of assorted colors to help shoppers navigate their way.

21st Annual West Bend Germanfest
August 25th - 27th

A celebration of German heritage! Featuring Grammy winner Jimmy Sturr and his Orchestra. Outdoor festival featuring two stages of continuous music, authentic food, dancing, Sheepshead tournaments, and daily raffles. Friday Fish Fry, Saturday Farmer's Market, Riverwalk Art Fair, and Strawberry Pancake Breakfast.
