PRINT A DOWNTOWN BUSINESS BINGO CARD

​Do you want the opportunity to WIN FUN & EXCITING PRIZES? All you have to do is shop downtown! One lucky Downtown West Bend Business Bingo participant will have the chance to win $200.00 in Downtown Dollars, & multiple others will have the chance to win a $25.00 gift certificate from participating locations. Each month we will release a new bingo card, running July through October. Cards are availble in the link above, at the DWBA office, Music On Main, Farmers' Market, & participating store locations. Want to know how to increase your chances of winning? Complete as many cards as you would like! Be sure to get your Bingo card at the beginning of each month, and visit downtown as much as possible!

RULES

Each month we will release a new bingo card, from July through October. Cards will be given to the participating business during the last week of the previous month, if guests would like to pick up printed versions. Guests can also choose to print an online card. Guests can choose to participate 1 time or as many times as they get Bingo. 

Guests will have until the Last Friday of each month to get a Bingo. Return completed Bingo cards at the Downtown West Bend Association office at 120 N Main St, Suite 120 in the Centrum building.  
   
Drawing Dates: 
July 28, Aug 25th, Sept 29th & October 27th
1 lucky winner each month will receive $200.00 in downtown dollars. Up to 10 additional Winners will recieve a $25.00 gift card for participating Downtown Businesses. 

PRINT YOUR BINGO CARD

HOW TO PLAY

Print a card or pick up a card at any of the participation locations throughout the Downtown (BID District).  

• Travel around downtown to check off bingo squares.
• Have your card initaled, stamped, or attach a reciept or confimatiom.  
• Once you have a Bingo (5 in a row - horizontally, vertically, or diagonally) return your card to Downtown West Bend Association. 
• If it is a business that does not always include a final sale, possibly just a consultation or set appointments attach a confirmation business card for verification.  
• Drawings for winners will be on the Last Friday of each month - July 28, Aug 25th, Sept 29th & October 27th. 
• Participate as many times as you can get a Bingo each month.

​The Downtown Business Bingo card will include all the different business types, such as service, professional, retail, hospitality & bar/restaurant.  Some of the squares will indicate specific locations, some will indicate a task, and some may indicate a specific item.  The card will also include up to 3 free spaces providing guests the opportunity to visit just about anything in the district. Some examples may include: got my hair cut, worked with my accountant, bought a shirt, or ordered an appetizer. Specific locations will be named on the card for providing a $25.00 gift certificate.

All bingo cards must be returned with an intial by particpating location, a receipt or something to verify a purchase, meeting, or service provided.
