Get ready 2023 ~ We are doing it again!
General day of event information:
1) Each of you will need to register at 120 N. Main Street West Bend WI 53095 in the Centrum building. This is located directly across from the Bend Theater.
2) If you purchased tickets for a group, you MUST all, be present and in line together to register - plan on meeting up together before hand and getting in line together.
3) YOU MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVERS LICENSE - MUST BE 21. Have your license out and ready to register.
4) You will be asked your last name, have the person that registered first in line.
Once checked in.

- You will get a wrist band - please have visible & wear for the whole event.
- You will get a commemorative wine glass for the tasting
- You will get a lanyard with punch card ~ At each stop the card will get a hole punch.
- Everyone will get a FREE raffle entry for AMAZING basket giveaway. (print your name & phone on the back of ticket)
- You will get a tasting location map - each stop will have a corresponding number to the map and punch card. all locations will have a window sign indicating the tasting location #.
PLEASE ... do not leave the tasting location with alcohol.
